Ultimate Football Performance (UFP) was born from the merger of two established names in player development: 1-2-1 Football Performance and Ultimate Football Coaching Academy.
Together, they have combined years of experience, knowledge, and success stories to create a coaching company with one clear mission - to deliver world-class football coaching for players of all ages and levels.

MEET THE COACHES
OMAR SANYANG
Omar began his football journey at Leeds United and Bradford City before joining the UFCA Scholarship Programme.
He went on to complete his scholarship at Doncaster Rovers and later signed his first professional contract with Scunthorpe United in 2019.
A serious injury redirected Omar’s path into coaching, where he discovered a passion for 1-to-1 player development. Since 2017, he has coached players across every level of the game - from Premier League and Serie A professionals to grassroots and academy players.
His experience as both a professional player and elite coach allows him to bring unique insight, attention to detail, and a relentless drive to help every player improve.
STEVE HART
Steve Hart is the co-founder of Ultimate Football Coaching Academy - one of the most established and respected academies in Leeds and West Yorkshire.
Over the years, Steve has built UFCA into a proven pathway for players to progress from grassroots and academy football into professional environments, with countless success stories moving on to clubs across the English football pyramid.
With decades of experience in youth development, Steve has dedicated his career to creating opportunities for players of all ages to improve both on and off the pitch.
His coaching philosophy is built on high standards, attention to detail, and a belief that every player should be pushed to fulfil their potential - whether they’re taking their first steps in grassroots football or preparing for the professional game.
